Service Description

An independent evaluation and review of architectural, engineering and construction documents prior to construction to see that all security requirements have been properly included in the design. We will identify key assets, security risks, then analyze your existing security procedures and systems. We will develop recommendations for cost-effective ways in which security at your property can be improved. And also factor in key concepts of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) and crime prevention theories to develop recommendations for building a safer facility. We have experience providing these services for a variety of properties and facilities. 1-hour initial meeting fee is $200.00 to discuss client goals, expectations, and for the consultant to review the property and scope of project. The assessment fee is determined after the initial 1 hr. in person meeting. When services are booked within 30 days of the initial meeting the fee will be waived from the cost of the project.
