Multi-housing Crime Prevention Program, our three-stage approach, Stage 1 includes 8-hour training session for 1 team member: Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Agent or Maintenance Supervisor. Stage 2 reviews implementation of CPTED principle into the participating multi-housing property and a physical assessment by Safeguard Strategy to certify and re-certify (annually) the participating property and Stage 3 a collaboration with property management, residents and law enforcement in hosting a community engagement event. Fees: Training: Stage 1: 8 hour Multi-Housing Crime Prevention Training per person $695.00 Program Fee: Stage 1 : 8 hour training for 1 person Stage 2: 1.5 hour property assessment by Safeguard Strategy Consultant Stage 3: 1.5 hour assistance with organizing a Community Engagement Event hosted by participating property. Annual Program Participation Fee: $385.00 per property (Includes annual 1.5 hour assessment)
